Mentor Development Programme with Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust
Building a stronger circle of mentors for aspiring entrepreneurs.
On 8 December 2022, SMART Foundation organised a Mentor Development Programme in partnership with Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST), a Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) initiative, at the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities (NIEPMD).
BYST supports young entrepreneurs through mentoring and access to opportunity. Held in a hybrid format, the programme brought together more than 100 participants, both in person and online.
Strong mentors open doors. By investing in mentorship, the programme helps create pathways to self-employment and livelihoods, including for persons with disabilities.
