SMART Foundation successfully organised a Skill Development & Upskilling Programme in collaboration with an Internationally Accredited Training Centre and Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST). As part of this first-of-its-kind initiative, participants received City & Guilds, London certification—a globally recognised qualification that enhances employability and validates industry-relevant skills.
Designed as a year-round upskilling initiative, the programme focused on strengthening technical competencies and preparing individuals for better career opportunities.
We are proud to share that 36 participants successfully completed the training, marking another step towards empowering youth with globally recognised skills and creating pathways to sustainable livelihoods.
